MortarCAPS today announced a collaboration with Salesforce to support the ongoing development of the MortarCAPS Higher Learning Data Standard (MCDS).
The data standard will advance how tertiary education institutions deliver student support, by placing trusted, standardised data and responsible AI at the heart of the student experience.
According to recent Salesforce research, 82% of students want more proactive and personalised support from their tertiary education institutions than they did five years ago, while 77% believe the application process should be as simple as online shopping.
As universities face these rising expectations from students who want seamless journeys, this agreement brings the MCDS together with Salesforce’s approach to supporting connected education journeys for life, to help institutions deliver experiences that mirror the ease and responsiveness of leading digital brands.
